Core Members

Core members are government agencies, academic institutions, or 501c3 non-profit organizations in DE, MD, PA or NJ  that have a clearly defined centralized purchasing function, department or division, and an economic development commitment to small business development.  There are two Core Member subcategories:

• Participating Core Members: There is no financial investment required.

• Lead Core Members: The financial investment required is based on the cost sharing agreement determined by the Lead and Participating Core Members for any given project.  Lead Core Member dues range from $200 per month to $5,000 per month.  Dues can be paid via cash and in-kind sources.

Associate Members are generally for-profit or non-profit organizations and have performed on work outsourced by eligible Core Members, or have registered to do business with one of the eligible Core Members.
 

Associate member dues are $250 per year or $25 per month.
