A RFX is a business opportunity submitted by an authorized Core Member representative or a business opportunity identified by DelEXCHANGE RFX Administrators.  DelEXCHANGE RFXs can take any of the following procurement forms:

• Request for Information (RFI)

• Request for Quotes (RFQ)

• Invitation to Bid (ITB)

• Request for Proposal (RFP)

Associate Members can immediately view posted RFX information in their private RFX Archive Area.

Associate Members can also elect to receive an e-mail notification every time RFXs are posted to the subcategory they have selected.

A log of RFXs remain in an Associate Member's private RFX Archive Area until the RFX response due date.
