Pre-bid meeting reports alert Associate Members of RFXs that have pre-bid meetings.

Due to the nature of certain categories of RFXs, attendance at a pre-bid meeting is typically mandatory and may be held more than two weeks before the RFX due date.

These reports are generally distributed as part of the regular RFX posting cycle.

We are pleased to provide advanced notice of requests for proposals (RFPs) with pre-bid meetings.

Why provide advance notice of pre-bid meetings? Due to the nature of certain categories of RFPs, attendance at a pre-bid meeting is typically mandatory and may be held more than two weeks before the RFP due date. To ensure timely communication to DelEXCHANGE Suppliers, RFPs with pre-bid meetings are now identified within 24 to 72 hours of their receipt from DelEXCHANGE Buyer Organizations. Through this new process, DelEXCHANGE Suppliers can now be notified of RFPs with a pre-bid meeting up to two weeks before the RFPs are loaded into DelEXCHANGE's Master RFP database.

The DelEXCHANGE categories below contain RFPs with pre-bid meetings. If you are registered as a Level 3(III) DelEXCHANGE Supplier you can access all of these RFPs immediately by selecting "View Current Events" from your account.
