The DelEXCHANGE B2B Exchange RFX posting cycle consists of notifying Associate Members at least once per month of business opportunities submitted by Core Members or identified by DelEXCHANGE RFX Administrators.

There are two e-newsletters that are part of the DelEXCHANGE B2B Exchange RFX posting cycle,  "Pre-notification" and "Post-notification". 

The Pre-notification E-newsletter (example below) provides Associate Members 48 hour advance notice of the RFXs that will be added to the DelEXCHANGE RFX database. 

The Post-notification E-newsletter alerts Associate Members that new RFXs have been loaded into DelEXCHANGE's B2B Exchange.  

RFXs come from over 260 Delaware Valley organizations primarily covering Delaware, Southeastern PA, Southern NJ and Northern MD.

A RFX is a business opportunity submitted by an authorized Core Member representative or a business opportunity identified by DelEXCHANGE RFX Administrators.  DelEXCHANGE RFXs can take any of the following procurement forms:

• Request for Information (RFI)

• Request for Quotes (RFQ)

• Invitation to Bid (ITB)

• Request for Proposal (RFP)
