Core Member Information

Core members are government agencies, corporations, academic institutions, or non-profit organizations that have a clearly defined centralized purchasing function, department or division, generally have over 500 employees, and an economic development commitment to small business development and supplier diversity.

There are two categories of Core Members:

  • Participating Core Members are government agencies, corporations, academic institutions or non-profit organizations that would like to submit RFXs or RFCs through DelEXCHANGE or obtain information about competitively solicited contracts identified through the DelACCESS Consortium's Cooperative Purchasing projectsThere is no financial investment required to join the DelACCESS Consortium as a Participating Core Member.
  • Lead Core Members are government agencies, corporations, academic institutions or non-profit organizations that would like to participate in any combination of the DelACCESS Consortium Core Member projects.  The financial investment required is based on the cost sharing agreement determined by the Lead and Participating Core Members for any given project.  Lead Core Member dues range from $200 per month to $5,000 per month.   Dues can be paid via cash and in-kind sources.

  • Submit Requests For Collaboration (RFCs) before, during and after an agency’s SBIR solicitation period.
