Core members are
government agencies, academic institutions, or
501c3 non-profit organizations in
DE, MD, PA or NJ that have a clearly defined centralized
purchasing function, department or division, generally have over 500 employees,
and an economic development
commitment to small business development and supplier diversity.
There are two
categories of Core Members, Participating and
Lead as outlined below:
- Participating Core Members are
eligible to access grant information, submit
RFXs
through DelEXCHANGE or obtain information about competitively
solicited contracts identified through the DelACCESS
Consortium's Cooperative Purchasing
projects. There is no financial
investment required to join the DelACCESS Consortium as
a Participating Core Member.

Lead
Core Members are eligible to participate in any combination of the
DelACCESS Consortium
Core Member
activities. The financial investment
required is based on the cost sharing agreement
determined by the Lead and Participating Core Members
for any given project. Lead Core Member
dues range from $200 per month to $5,000 per month.
Dues can be paid via cash and in-kind sources.
