SBIR Technology tools consist of information systems that support the efficient flow of SBIR partnering information between large and small organizations. The DelEXCHANGE SBIR Partner Exchange is one of the tools that distributes Requests for Collaboration (RFCs) from Core Member Technology Seekers to small businesses that respond to Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) solicitations from various federal agencies. In addition, DelEXCHANGE SBIR Technology Seekers can receive a private secure intranet environment to manage their contact with SBIR small businesses.
