Core Member Spend Analysis
The Spend Analysis projects consist of determining historical spending patterns of spend with suppliers by spend type, geography and socio-economic attributes. The service also includes verifying which suppliers may be certified minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses.
The product of
the spend analysis is a report that makes recommendations on how a Core
Member’s purchasing policies and procedures could be improved to better meet the
needs of the organization. The recommendations focus on advising the member on
how to use inclusive sourcing strategies that could improve the quality of their
supplier pool. Source data is periodically updated so that pre- and
post-recommendation outcomes can be compared and assessed.
