The DelACCESS Consortium provides Core and Associate Members unlimited access to the DelEXCHANGE Regional Exchange.  The DelEXCHANGE Regional Exchange supports the efficient flow of purchasing and economic development information between eligible Core and Associate Member organizations. 

Core Members primarily use it as a strategic sourcing tool that provides an efficient way to reach existing and new suppliers. 

Associate Members primarily use it as an innovative business and market intelligence tool that saves time from searching multiple RFX websites, while also facilitating teaming between 2 or more businesses that seek to respond to RFXs.

A RFX is a business opportunity released by an eligible Core Member organization.  DelEXCHANGE RFXs can take any of the following procurement forms:

• Request for Information (RFI)
• Request for Quotes (RFQ)
• Invitation to Bid (ITB)
• Request for Proposal (RFP)

Associate Member dues are $250 per year
or $25 per month (12 month minimum)
